Introduction

Welcome to bwinph. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bwinph ("bwinph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bwinph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at bwinph.club and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by bwinph or by any applicable regulatory authority, at the time of registration or during your use of the Platform.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bwinph or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

bwinph reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be ineligible. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided and forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of bwinph services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

bwinph operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. As part of this process, you may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bwinph may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bwinph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bwinph will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bwinph immediately via our support channels.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bwinph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). bwinph supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the bwinph cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your bwinph account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. bwinph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be initiated.

• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.

bwinph reserves the right to void and reclaim any funds that are determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity, system errors, or in violation of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

bwinph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

General bonus terms applicable to all bwinph promotions include the following:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bwinph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
• bwinph's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the bwinph Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

bwinph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by bwinph or any third party. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, bwinph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. However, bwinph does not guarantee the availability of any game at any time and shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bwinph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one bwinph account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the bwinph Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward bwinph staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown error are void and must be returned to bwinph.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bwinph Platform — including but not limited to the bwinph name, logo, trademarks, game content, graphics, user interface design, software, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bwinph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bwinph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bwinph content without the prior written consent of bwinph.

Any unauthorized use of bwinph's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy & Data

The bwinph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bwinph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. bwinph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Termination

bwinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Ineligibility to use the Platform under applicable law or these Terms.
• At bwinph's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.

You may close your bwinph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bwinph Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bwinph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

Amendments
